Not happy with service they do not stand behind the quality of jewelry. Had to pay for broken clasp on bracelet that had for less than 6 months. When went to pick it up she handed it to me and dropped it without looking it over to ensure ok . Would skip this jewelry shop for service and standing behind their jewelry quality. They are additionally typically hard sell... Pushing for a sale. Note found Sam Edwards jewelry a lot more accommodating and very pleasant experience with no hard sell. Very professional and down to earth people. They’ve got any and everything you need for a great price Awesome store awesome people! I never take time to write reviews but I felt like it was necessary this time. I think the store is beautiful and I think there are some really nice pieces in the store. They are good at communicating, and greet you with a smile. However , when looking at a simple gold solitaire ring setting you are better off going to Markmans( based on pricing). If you want a ring setting that’s more intricate and detailed, then this is the place you want to go. I just have felt more comfortable in other jewelry stores personally. I realize this is just my experience , and not everyone will have the same opinion or experience. Shopping at Kennedy Jewelers was wonderful. They were very helpful and so knowledgeable. They were able to find me exactly what I needed in a timely manner. I highly recommend shopping with them.
