The customer service was stellar. They spent alot of time with my mom and I. We end up buying a Chain and Cross for my dad and then the most important thing, I was searching for 3 years for a long chain that would look great on me. And i finally found here! Ended up getting a 30 length chain and cross. I highly recommend this location. It’s right next to JC Penny. We stopped at Belk, Zales and Kay Jewelers but were unsuccessful. I saw it hidden in the corner and I sent my mom over there. Within seconds, we knew the selection was superior. I will be flying back into town from LA for Christmas and I will stop in and grab more.
