My experience with this company has been disappointing. I have been on their waiting list for alomst a year for a Rolex watch. Not once have they contacted me to just check in or just let me know that they still are looking. Every time I have called, the customer service is disrespectful and they act like they are not interested in having your business. I called a jewelry store in a neighboring town that carries Rolex watches this week and he got the brand new Rolex in one day for the same price. I guess he wanted my business. Waiting Buyer's BEWARE! I picked up my new Rolex today!!! Very happy!!!
