Customer Reviews: What a great little shop! I had a great experience. So many unique pieces. The jewelry is amazing and prices very fairly. Everyone in the shop was wonderful. I highly recommend checking it out. I couldn’t recommend it more! I came in on a whim and found exactly the kind of ring I was looking for on consignment — a marquise shape, multi-setting diamond ring. More of an antique style. The whole staff was joyful and very attentive. Lisa and Ed were playful and took their time attending to myself and another patron. They sent it out for me to be resized and shipped to my home since I was leaving town that afternoon. Unfortunately a gem fell out on my first wear but they took full responsibility and had it replaced + checked all the other settings even though it was a consignment piece and not one of their own creations. There is so much to choose from - fun Cape Codesque styles, fine jewelry styles and more. I picked up a cute cotton beach tote I’ve been using a ton as well. I have to share my experience with Lexaco in Harwichport. Whenever I go there the store is overflowing with new jewellery, new styles, new options and even some estate pieces. It’s always a pleasure to meet the team in this family owned business. They are so welcoming and enthusiastic to see us even though we usually come in clusters of 4 or 5 ladies and laugh a lot and make a lot of noise. It’s exciting to try on so many beautiful pieces. We do love to buy special treats while on vacation but they never pressure us or make us feel bad if we need to think it over. we buy for friends overseas and for each other. They will gift wrap or not. They seem to care about th fact that these are gifts and help us to get it right first time. They are so understanding. And I recently brought back a one of a kind, expensive necklace which was an extra special 60 th birthday gift to me. I had broken it. They took on the repair without question. I have no idea how but they took it back maybe to the local artist and creatively repaired it for me. They also mailed it to my home in New Hampshire. All this custom repair and mailing came to me at no charge. This type of customer service is rare and so refreshing these days. I highly recommend Lisa, her Mom and Dad, Grand Mother and all of their professional staff. They are a wonderful team. Mary Walsh Kavanagh I absolutely love this shop!!! The owners and employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a beautiful ring a couple of weeks ago but unfortunately I had to bring it back through no fault of theirs. There was an issue with sizing with my jeweler. They helped me find an even more beautiful ring that fit great! This is the second piece of jewelry I have purchased there this year. They have my business from now on. I definitely recommend visiting this wonderful little shop. Great store, wonderful people. Lexaco has absolutely amazing customer service! Lisa the owner is fantastic - she is an amazing saleswoman and overall a wonderful person to communicate with! The other sales associate was also great and graciously offered to clean my other bracelets while I was looking around! Her small business is beautiful, from the interior to all of the inventory. If you are in the Harwichport area looking for a beautiful piece of jewelry I highly recommend checking out Lexaco! Outstanding staff and wide selection of high quality, but not high priced silver. My daughter and I have shopped at Lexaco for years... they are one of our first stops when we get to Harwich. Their jewelry is beautiful with some very unique pieces (a pasta ring for example!). What sets them apart from other places, though, is their customer service. Lisa & Eddie are so welcoming - when you go to their store, it's like you are old friends and they will spend however long with you showing you pieces. A big thank you to Eddie for even fixing a necklace I had (not purchased there) that broke on my vacation. They are the best :-) My experience at Lexaco was absolutely wonderful. My wife picked out a gold and silver wave bracelet and it was just a little too big, the owner noticed and offered to resize it for us. My wife and I were so pleased with the customer service from the owner as well as the staff members. We will continue to go back to Lexaco as well as recommend it to our friends and family. Went there yesterday on my search for a fish wrap bracelet. They had 3 different fish options (plus shark and whale). They were so helpful with picking out the right bracelet, showing me the different options and making sure I had the right size. I did try on a variety of estate rings and they were very kind and patient. I will definitely be coming back in the future! (They also cleaned my cape cod bracelet while I was there for free even though I didnt purchase it there which was so nice)
