The store was established by Sig Asher in 1919 amidst a growing Indianapolis populace. In 1940, Herman Logan bought Windsor Jewelry. Greg Bires, a twenty-two-year employee, acquired the store in 1998. He upholds the Windsor Jewelry tradition. Our longevity means we must take care of our merchants. We can only care for ourselves if we provide for our children and grandchildren.
