Tori was extremely helpful this evening after I purchased the wrong size bracelet for my wife. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. A true asset to the establishment. I'll be heading back to this store on the next Jewellery run! Thank you, Tori! Popped in to enquire about a bracelet I received as a gift as I was unsure how to adjust the bracelet, add charms etc. Clifton was really funny, helpful and knowledgeable.
