Still, Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and super kind. While there was a small shipping issue, Robert went above and beyond to correct it and ensure my ring arrived safely, even threw in a gift as an apology; it was just lovely! In this situation, I cannot say enough about Robert and Jewels of Toronto. ALL of the glowing reviews are accurate. Then I opened the box and literally GASPED! It is jaw-dropping!! The setting is incredible, the diamond sparkles and I was slightly worried about the color, and Robert was understanding and was ready to change it, but he suggested wearing it for a few days first.
