Hello Fossil Management Team. Great Customer service by the whole team that works in the Square one Fossil store. I had a lot of problems on Fossil GEN g watch. But the team helped me so much that I fixed all my issues. I would like to mention 3 names in particular that helped me a lot. At first I connected with Mileen the lady. I hope I have spelt the name correctly. She was so helpful and went out of the way in resolving my issue. She is knowledgeable too. Then the next lady I got connected in store with was the lady by the name of Urvi. She was very helpful too and helped me a lot. She spent a lot of time in fixing my issue. Lastly I got in touch in the store with the Store manager by the name of Daria. She is so kind and helpful. She also worked on my watch. Finally all was good and I am wearing the watch with a lot of pride. All thanks to the store people of square one. Great people over there. These 3 ladies were outstanding. I was in the store yesterday to say thank you to them.
