April -1 prong broke on my weding ring.Went for repair.5 wks -not done.Call to check -no answer .I contacted customer care-They contacted Maria for me. 1 wk after its back in May. Prong broke again! Maria made appt Aug 2! We go in & She says " what can I help you with? " I had to explain AGAIN .she BLAMED me for wearing my ring too much.Told me the more you send in a ring the more porous & fragile it is & NOT to wear it often. PUSHED me to upgrade my ring to new -pay 2x the $ & re buy warranty .. NO! In repair It goes again. Aug 16 -on route to store.I msg customer care & They gave me a new repair # & date of Aug 23. I emailed Maria asking where my ring is.She said it isn't back. I msg customer service "why do I have 2 repair #s for 1 ring ?" Told me my ring was in &out on 16th for re do.Told me there not sure why the store didn't inform me. I emailed Maria asking why she didnt tell me. Aug 21 - I contacted DM. Aug 22 - Maria calls- ring is in .Drove to store. 2 employees+ Maria in store. 1 customer with employee. 9 min to greet me,grab ring, go to microscope for photos ,comes & asks me to look & let her know what I think. I could see from the naked eye that the ring was NOT fixed. SCRATCHED on both shoulders ( To remove brushing that was NOT to be there) ,gold missing in setting,the prong is shorter than the rest.The repaired prong / band has what looks like a compression vice gouge. Maria says how sorry she is for the negative experience & she's done all she could. I raised my voice to speak over her as she was NOT listening especially when I asked her about lieing & hiding info. She said " I AM NOT ALLOWING THIS CONVERSATION & she'd call security" I left & called DM- She said only way to fix ring was to send it out again.I told her no way . Not offered any compensation. I am done with peoples & the disrespect.94 yrs in business & not on BBB! Pic ref is less than 6 mths post rhodium vs what it should ALWAYS be I'll be taking my ring elsewhere to be FIXED!
