They easily help customers pick out products, especially diamonds and help with after-sale assistance. It is also a great place to shop because of its good selection, reasonable prices and useful warranties. Some customers praise the friendly staff. This was especially important to one customer who bought a necklace pendant that made her mom very happy. Customers advised shopping at the store. A customer who recently had his engagement ring resized was worried but later found the presence of staff and her advice to be comforting. All in all, most customers are satisfied with the store.
