Michael Hill

I bought a necklace for Christmas as a gift. FedEx is saying they delivered it someone signed for it printed my name no ID was asked for. Micheal hill is mot emailing me back because they are so Adamen that I signed for it, fed ex is asking for a tracking number as it was 3 out of 3 shipments but only signed for 2 and customer service in austraila for micheal hill won't even give me that nor reply to me.... first purchase and my last, peoples jewelry are on point! I will never order from micheal hill again, shitty service, they don't believe you, won't reimburse you, and don't reply back!!!!!¡

I took my family ring into Michael Hill to have 1 stone replaced out of 4 on June 6th. This ring was given to me by my husband 43 years ago and has a lot of sentimental value. I was advised at the time that the claws on the other stones may need to be replaced. It was sent for a quote. On June 29th, I was told that the stones would not take the heat to be retipped, so all stones would need to be replaced and the cost would be approximately 700.00. On July 15th, they called to tell me my ring was ready. When I got there, they completely changed the look of my ring (was originally flat and they have now put a 'built up bridge' to hold the stones, which are now twice the size of the original ring). I did not accept it and they sent it back. Today, August 4th, I went to pick up my ring. The stones are flush, but now my ring is too small. Has to be resized. I am honestly doubting that this is my original ring. They told me the cost for repair was 550 and I told them it was outrageous. They dropped the price to 500 plus tax. I paid it under protest, which I told them, and will NEVER buy anything from them again
